Creative Services Manager • The Home Depot Pro / HD Supply, 2017-present
Responsible for creating efficiencies by streamlining processes for a team of 4 - 7 designers, a photographer, and four production artists. Duties include brand management, art direction, collaboration with internal and external partners, as well as ensuring that creative visuals and copy align with business strategy.
Implemented new Home Depot Pro visual standards for the rebranding of legacy collateral over the course of two years.
Developed a creative review process to evaluate all collateral in progress; handpicked three designers to participate in the exercise to sharpen art direction skills, two of which have since been promoted.
Created a clinic for production artists to develop their skill sets and to build an internal pipeline for promotion. All attendees have since been promoted to the role of graphic designer.
Conceptualized and art directed photoshoots for B2B as well as for legacy catalog. Annually produced suites of 200+ images; ensured the company owned all rights in perpetuity.
Designed high-level sales enablement tools and other creative assets with company-wide visibility.

Lead Designer for the Residential vertical, responsible for the conceptualization
and redesign of all segment collateral including catalog concepts and digital assets. Collaborated across departments to standardize the look and feel of legacy websites.
Partnered with Web Operations to develop the first-ever digital style guide for the Marketing department.
Spearheaded the creation of the first generation Playbook, an internal sales document that readies our sales force for the coming quarter. Distribution of 2000+.
Collaborated with executives as well as Home Depot counterparts to create the first generation design of the ProPurchase card and subsequent collateral.
Assisted in interviewing graphic design candidates as well as training and mentoring new designers.
Graphic Designer • Interline Brands, 2011-2016
Responsible for the creation of all ad hoc collateral, managing 15-20 quick turn requests per week. Conceptualized and developed templates for print collateral for the creative team.
Part of a team that pioneered standards for processing web images, training materials for pagination for production artists, and for photoshoots.
Created a learning program for the design team to receive HTML and CSS instruction; developed an in-house HTML training class for the team.
Developed a basic traffic management system for the design team.
